Soooo good that Fish Sauce.. Fresh Herbs and a little Pizza dough..Grilled Vegetables and fresh Tomato's...Viola..What a Pie.. I love whole Fish on the "Q"...I fill the cavity with Herbs and Wine and what a taste..I also have a stone Oven set up that is wonder for Fish..I even bake Apples in it!!
