Thanks for correcting my errors--you were correct, my
point was proximity to local telocs. I didnt know details
of t1 and ATM backbone--from articles here, I assumed that
ATM backbone was under rapid construction. As far as your
points on cable, two way amps are not cheap, there are
security issues, and from what I have read here, very little
of the rest of the world is wired for cable. Please correct
me if I am wrong.
