Predictions: Before looking at anyone's version of a story I always ask: "what does that person/institution have to gain or lose?" There is no neutral information any where, including this thread or any where else.

Brokerage houses put out estimates to manipulate prices and to suck customers into buying or selling.

So, due diligence.
