Older Folk Portfolio related. ... Going into 2021 I established an income goal of $250k in annual dividends, up from $200k last year. I have already obtained that objective and once I achieve my goals I sit down and establish new ones. With this in mind, I will be making quite a few adjustments to this portfolio on Tuesday when the market opens.

I will be selling the following positions. ... DDF .. EOS .. FT .. QQQX .. NEP .. BME .. HQL .. THW.

This is going to generate over $300k in cash to put to work immediately. I will be adding to or taking out new positions in the following:

ACV .. ASG .. BST .. BSTZ .. CSQ .. UTF .. AIO .. CLX .. HRL .. TSN.

Once those buy and sell orders clear, any cash still available for investment will be put to work at that time.

I was going to provide a monthly update on this portfolio over the weekend, but with all of the moves being made on Tuesday, I thought it best to wait until next week to provide the update.
