Hi Jackson-

This is a frustrating stock to own. I wonder what the shareholders rights plan operationalizes (see the website for the PR). I made some money trading this stock, but am currently holding a paper loss. Some good ennabling technology here, management that I think is well regarded, and a stock down the tubes. Hope you fare better than people who have bought in the past year.
