DATTELS ISSUED SECOND FALSE PRESS RELEASE
The JVAG Report criticises Stephen Dattels (then Co-Chairman) for issuing a second false press release later in the 1997 season, on behalf of Java Gold Corporation on 16th September 1997:

"Java Gold is operating two gold recovery plants on the Gazar Toson dry placer deposit in the Zaamar valley of north-central Mongolia. Production rates, at full capacity, total 150 cubic metres per hour, with current gold grades ranging from 0.8g/m3 to 1.2g/m3."

THe JVAG Report proves that only ONE gold recovery plant was ever commissioned for 1997, the second gold recovery plant not even tested for 5 minutes.

A section of the JVAG Report is currently being written to determine if the ONE gold recovery plant could conceivably have a capacity of "total 150 cubic metres per hour." The exact specification of the gold recovery plant is known and we are doing the calculations this week - preliminary conclusion is - IF PIGS COULD FLY!

Anyone who made an investment decision on the basis of the News Release may have a claim and should seek professional advice.
