Was living the same life until I decided to stop renting and buy a house. I'm only able to trade occassionally as a consequence for now. Too much time is spent fixing up the place. Feeling the luck as well.

ps. My fav. pick NXA on the tse signed an enormous deal with Motorola Monday. Technology of the future - 2 to 4 yrs. out. Priced today at .17 cents at a store near you.
