I think its more to do with Halpins comments in the last quarterly report where he said he anticipated no significant growth for the next two quarters. When the CEO tells you that after 3 lousy quarters, its got to make some people nervous about investing.

The only question that would still remain is -why the insiders had bought, if they really expected soft quarters then they would have held off for some time!!?? any comments?
