This is just another verification / sign of exactly what I'm talking about. Gartner Group also stated about a month ago that their customers should avoid NT5 until mid-2000. The main reasons are because NT5 will likely be unstable until at least 2 service patches are applied and because any rollout of a new IT product during the Y2K period is extremely unwise!

The industry analysts are starting to stack up all the reasons to avoid NT5 for at least the first 12 months after its release. And they are very valid reasons.

But I would love to hear those Pro-MSFTers on this board counter these arguments with some valid explanations why these issues are not serious.
