Out of control CEO? I don't think so. IMO, he's fighting the stuffed inventory and back-end loaded ghosts head on. It's a vicious cycle to be in; your material cycle is all screwed up and your pricing structure is held hostaged by smart customers who'll just wait for you to beg for orders at the end of the quarter. Like drug, it's a nasty habit to stop - look what happened to asnd. I say this assuming modem business is still healthy. Eric will not take the step unless he sees that other products can pick up the slack. Simonds.
