And purely by accident... Of course, the two cases are completely different. In the Bush case, they were actually required to use the White House servers. They didn't. In Hillary's case, she wasn't. But she did have to make sure that copies were kept. Which apparently she did. One complied with the relevant regulations. One didn't.
