Brinker has never said there will be no bear market within the
next twelve months. He has said to dollar cost average into the
market over the next twelve months unless the timing model
flashes a market change in which case adjustments will then
be made. He always carefully tells callers he has no way of
knowing what will be happening in twelve months. He follows his
indicators and his indicators can change and if they change
he says he too will change. This seems about as straightforward
as you could get but does require the ability to comprehend
English.
