COURT ORDERED, trial date VACATED and matter set for status check. O.R. 11/18/04 8:30 AM STATUS CHECK: NEGOTIATIONS It isn't quite clear what's happening now. It looks as if Mikey and his lawyer didn't show for the status check today. It appears that the negotiations failed, and a pre-trial hearing is now scheduled for 7 December.
