This is crazy making--------this is why Americans yearn for a flat tax rate. We spend our lives attempting to abide by regularions and forms. We have set up a system where every family needs to have an accountant and a lawyer--------more people who should be enjoying life rather than pushing paper and numbers. These kinds of laws create 'sick people' who are nothing more than pencil pushers and computer users attempting to comply with laws so complicated that no one understands them.
