Zoom is nothing but a board stuffer. At least ROK has some technology. Unfortunately, ROK has been steadily loosing share to USRX in the modem market and until it becomes a software company, as USRX is, its architecture will always suffer from time-to-market, cost, and feature shortcomings. x2 shipping January, Rockwell's 56K technology won't be available in volumes until the September quarter. That's not close to "as good" and far from "better".

As to USRX's numbers, they certainly blew out the negative expectations set by the bears that took the stock from 110 to 76 (via 51)
