If anything happens, Matridigm will probably sell another big chunk to ZITL for stock that they can turn around and sell at these bloated prices. ZITL will try to position as a positive (eg. Now we even own more of this great company !). If this happens, don't be fooled. In reality it will just show how eager the Matridigm guys are to sell out at a price that is much greater than the true value of their company.
