My point to John is that it is ridiculous to try to pin GWB with the bursting of this bubble and the resulting economic impact since both the bubble and 79.2% of the the bubble burst happened while Clinton was in office. And no corrective action was initiated by Clinton while it was going up and none was initiated by Clinton while it was coming down." You proceeded to explain why it was Clintons inaction that caused it. Just what are you saying?????????????? Are bubbles Presidents fault or not?
