**** MOST IMPORTANT re. all estimates of ad revenue, subs etc.:

Growth rate of home PC sales is now less than half of what it
was '92-95; and of the installed base barely 4% (much of sales
are upgrades).Consumer Electronics Manufacturers' Assn, Dataquest
etc. project same for at least '97. In other words, from where will
all the new eyeballs come needed to gain increased advertising?
