Your right CC, Just an anxiety attack. I too am almost 1000 miles away, and with a new baby could not attend. I, and I'm sure others who were not able to attend, where up all night just woundering what was happining at the meeting. I guess everyone was holding their breath waiting to here something, and when that didn't happen, along with a dip in stock price, a few of us got worried.(not enough though to sell any shares)<BG> Will wait on GB and RB for the complete story. Do you know if anyone video taped the meeting? Vince
