Gerald. I "HAVE" to answer this. In my opinion, this is how I view a
question like that. And I will say this again, just in case there are
legal beagles sniffing. IN MY OPINION ONLY.
With regard to AMEX. I think they are big enough, and have enough
resources to cover this particular investment. And for all I know,
they probably have, through whatever "creative" ways they can find.
With regard to SWIB, and CalPERS. I think they are "JUST LIKE US",
they are losing, losing big-time, and they will have to show it in
their reports to the funds they are managing. I think they are Pi**ed.
With regard to Noorda. Well, you bring up "ego". Very astute Gerald.
I don't think he cares. He is a wealthy person above and beyond NOVL.
I haven't forgotten about the Wall St. Journal Ad, either. I need to
get a little more organized on that. Maybe CalPERS will help now....J
