Hi Joe - AMEX is in a heated battel with DOW JONES & Co. to replace their BOD along with another major shareholder Cox (?). AMEX was described as representing the "shareholders concern" regarding the BOD nominee's. Perhaps it is time to contact the AMEX administrator for those 17 million Novell shares and see if they share the same concern as shareholders on this board,CalPERS and SWIB. They might help with a Wall Street Journal Add and provide the additional support we need in our BOD fight to turn the corner for the annual meeting. CNNFN had a report and interview with COX this AM regarding their BOD fight. AMEX was shown to be a silent supporter for COX. EKS
