I heard the conference call Don, and I agree your conclusions re inventory drawdown (inventory level a concern last qtr, now much improved this quarter), receivables (USR emphasized they have no customers having problems paying invoices on normal credit terms).

As to the discussion of the one large customer who had a decrease in orders in the 12-31 qtr as compared to the 9-30 qtr, it could have been AOL. USR addressed that very realistically. To paraphrase: "System sales are going to be lumpy, due to the fact that these customers are among the largest remote access clients. This customer that had the reduction in orders for the 12-31 qtr has new orders in place in
this current 3-31-97 quarter".

I think the market will be ignoring Mr. Sood and Mr. Johnson. After all, investors have heard from this pair before. I think a small amount of skepticism is okay; It just means that there was no hype in USR's conference call. This makes the USR guys more credible, and the positive comments USR made will be given more weight.

Furthermore; even this pair of pessimists said they believe the 2nd half of the calendar year will be strong for USRX. As soon as USR starts moving up in price (which it has already done this past 4 or so days) investors who want to board this train for a nice 6-12 month return will be jumping on.
