Tax Implications of Divicom Merger Steve (or anyone else qualified to respond) Please post your thoughts on the tax implications of the Divicom merger. Will the R&D write off help the bottom line earnings (after the street adds back the one time write off), or will the adjustment for the write off be reduced by any tax savings? Also, can Cube get any tax advantage in Q2, or only after the close in Q3? Thanks in advance for your thoughts. Bob V.
