Rob Skaff and All: Spoke at length with Ben Anderson Friday(today)4/7. He confirmed that the judgewill make a decision about the escrowed funds on Monday April 10th. He will:instruct Anderson Oil to release the funds to CS;or, he will rule that both sides present the merits of their case immediately;or he will dismiss CS's peition. Ben Anderson said that the 3rd possibility is in his opinion very very remote and that he feels optomistic aboutthe matter. Further he stated that the Co. will put out a PR on this on Monday April 10. Additonally, he expressed the hope that CS will get backfully into the oil and gas discovery business and that the Co's annual report will reflect this point specifically
