As you know, no one can answer that question;at least not truefully. I would expect that any announcement will send the stock up dramatically. For instance on the IAIC website (http://www.infoa.com/other_co.htm) CACI is listed as a factory partner. This was also mentioned in the infamous Bloomberg article. An announcement of this(in the form of a news release) by IAIC/CACI/CA would help.

My understanding is that IAIC is expecting to get the bulk of its revenues via its agreement with CA rather than through individual contracts that other players are obtaining;and the bulk of this will start in 4th quarter 1997(i. e. October).Unfortunately the wait, without reassuring announcements by the co., has resulted in a high anxiety level in some investors, causing selling.
