Looking back... Each month I look ahead 90 days to see what can be harvested from my portfolio for short or long terms gains (quick job lately) or short term losses (takes longer). A year ago, we were writing NULLM and NULIQ (calls at 65 and 90), with very fat premiums on them. A few days ago, we were looking at NTAP calls with no significant premiums, although that's changed in a hurry. I've been rebuilding my NTAP position, my sense is buyers will eventually make a decision to expand their storage (SAN and NAS). When the first buyer gets a backlog message, most of the sector will go thru the roof. Until that happens, we'll be backing and filling... GSR
