Both; Dems aren't stuck in one spot on the wheel of time. Only conservatives are in the same place now that they were in '03. She was prolly not all that interested in the gay marriage issue either; not many were. That Hillary was then, and now, after Supreme Court decisions, immigration bills stuck in the senate, 7 years of Republicans blocking everything, and Citizens United. this Hillary is now. Learning and growing.
I'm not sure she's moved on the use of force, tho. Still loves it.
