I just want to point out that they have a little over a month in which to do "it" in, and it appears that they have not yet even filed their preliminary 10-B-12 yet, and they need to be completely finished with the SEC approval cycle by 12/1/99. Otherwise, they will be on the pink sheets. I consider this invaluable data. I have seen much more reputable stock sent to the pink sheets for minor infractions. This is the kind of company this SEC sweep is supposed tp catch. IMHO, Everyone should should set themselves a sell-limit order they can live with and get out of this dog now. And since they are doing this thing in alphabetical order, GGNC must be up 12/1 too. Any confirmation? KD GLOW .13
