My figures were for 2013, per the CDC (16,121). Which, of course, is better than your 2010 FBI number. So, yes, my other figures are "similarly flawed."

And yes, I made a mistake on the 60% prior felons figure. Apparently, as of 2006 it was 65%. My bad.
