TMK & All: Disregard my apology for jumping the gun on the auditors for NASDAQ listing prep. They're on the case. If you haven't already seen it, please read TMK's entire post concerning his phone conversation today with MS. Message 5262557 Here's the excerpt of TMK's question concerning NASDAQ: TMK " Do you have the auditors on board?" MS "Yes I can hear one right now in the other room" they will be there for a couple of weeks to do the official auditing which is going to be for the announced un-audited results of 97 and 1Q98, which they have reported a loss already because of setup and other structure investments. They are preparing the From10 (sic) for the SEC.. They are expecting loss for this year but an operating profit by Q4 which will be reflected in 1999 results.." I was right all along.
