Kobex Minerals changed name to Kobex Capital (KXM-V) effective at the opening, Friday, Aug. 29, 2014, the company will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange with new name. Aug 27, '14 - NR Change of its business KXM has received final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange for the change of its business from that of a mineral exploration company to an investment issuer. In connection therewith, Kobex will also change its name to Kobex Capital Corp. and continue as a Tier 1 company on the TSX Venture Exchange.
