After the close on the 16th is what I've heard too. I don't think there is any question that FORE will beat estimates, the question is how much of that is built in already. At 26 and the published estimates of .13, .14, .16, .18, FORE has a FPE of 42. I think the street already has the numbers secretly at .15, .165, .18, .20 or an FPE of about 37. Assuming this FPE and a sequential quarterly growth of 10%, a .16 surprise would give us .16, .176, .194, .213 or a price of 27.5 and a .17, .187,.206, .226 would give us 29. That's conservative though, because, as Igor said, if their is a good forward looking CC, the same .16 could generate projections of .16, .19, .22, .26 and a new FPE of 50 (or higher)...giving us $41.50 (or higher).
Different topic: What do you guys think about the biggest deal ever on the African continent that FORE recently won. I don't think any numbers are available yet but it certainly makes for good PR to dominate a whole continent like that. |
