Also, the aspects of using consultants in this case is absolutely nothing like that of IPM. In IPM's case, more consultants where consistently brought in because the prior consultants obviously were refusing to sign off on anything for IPM due to poor results. IN Naxos' case, they may be slow, but all of the results to date have been excellent. The addition of the South Africans(which I find incredibly interesting) is supplementing verification in TANDEM with what is already going on.
