Off Topic II............Newt Gingrich was in town last night at a fund raiser for Greg Ganske, Rep., Ia. and also campaigning for the y2k presidency. That's got to be the ultimate "how soon they forget" insult. There is a story going around how Newt and Rush Limbaugh both belong to an exclusive Washington D.C. crossdressers' club. Somebody got a picture of them together in intimate compromise (at least, that's how the story goes). Personally, I don't believe a word of it. But then, I don't believe a word of the Monica scandal, either. Now, it is coming out that Monica's visits to the white house were to see the secretary and not the pres. It just won't stop. It seems as though this thing is being fed a daily dose by a group of radio talk show hosts, growing larger and larger. It also appears that this group is affiliated with one very large radio station megalopoly, Jacor Communications(JCOR). Jacor owns just about all the talk radio stations in the country. Now, it also is quite possible that this thing is being fed by the republican national committee. Maybe there is a conspiracy. After all, sex sells. G'nite, all.
