On the CLU0, it broke the double bottom the morning after I posted. So now we are in agreement, short looks like the trend. It is on the bullish resistance line right now, so a break of 27.2 would seem to reinforce the bearish story. A rally to 27.75 also makes sense for new short positions. I would be interested to hear Tom Dorsey or other expert PnF person's views on the CL however.

Looks like you are branching out in the futures! I have been trying to do that as well, trade the US, GC, SI, CL, DJ and SP now. Have you developed new systems for each commodity? I do a lot of option writing, which has been the most successful strategy for me this year. My only position is short US puts now plus both long and short equities, mostly Nasdaq. Tom mentioned the DX the other day, chart looks interesting though I have never traded it.
