Actually we need them out there to remind the country about what we don't want to happen again. I don't know if you watched the interview, but even to a winger cheney had to have looked pretty lame and tired...and that nasty daughter of his...wow! You have a point.......and I am torn. On the one hand, all they do is stir up the rabble in this country, but then, maybe the rest of us need to be reminded what happens when leaders go rogue.
