I agree 100%. There cannot be an organized exit strategy even if there were no legal ramifications. Greed being the determining factor. You're correct in that everyone has their selling points, maybe not etched in stone, but, a rough idea, none-the-less. When it comes to selling, it will be based on each individual's tolerance and patience for the strike price they seek. Your point is also well taken in that when this puppy roars to life, there will be many "new" investors taking up the sellers shares along the way. Granted, they won't necessarily be there at the top, but, that's for each investor to consider. What is going to be their "top"? Nope, it's still gotta be "Do what is right for you"........................................
