The Prowler reports what we’ve all suspected: the "GOP" Schiavo memo was a fraud:

First, Harry Reid needs to be censured for essentially running a "Plumbers" operation outside of his (permanent) Minority Office.

Second, this scandal needs a name. A clever name. Can you think of anything?
