Let me tell you about THAT one. He had an underweight to $10 target all the way to when it hit 30. Then he (to his credit) said the he was WRONG and went to neutral. the call is a "pullback" to a "buy" area where I beleive he is the ONLY one of the majors that has a "buy". I hope he has a day job, cause if this one fades.................
