Hi Darrell (and whoever else is out there)!

I must be like a lot of other people out there: About 10k shares
with value basically nothing!

I was influenced by the purchase of the CEO of some shares some time
back and by the comments of INFRASTRUCTURE to average down instead of facing the music that I had made the wrong judgment.

Some simple questions:
1)Is this company going to survive? In or out of Chapter 11?
2)Why? What is there in the product line or selling proposition or
whatever that would suggest this?
3)Is there any way that they are going to return to profitability?
How? When? Where is the cash going to come from to keep it alive?
4)Is the management team doing a good job or is this company just too
far gone?

I would welcome observations from anybody--particularly those people
who work in the company or are among its financial sponsors--if they are still on the scene.

I don't see any particular momentum that is worth cheering about.
If you can't even mobilize your stockholders as cheerleaders, can
you expect to do anything with the broader public?

Incidentally I E-mailed the CEO a couple of times through Investor
Relations and never got a response.

Best wishes and good luck to all,

Jim
