FYI. 54 Apple-CompUSA "stores within a store" completed (from maccentral.com) "The benefits of Apple's recently enhanced relationship with CompUSA are quickly exposing themselves, with the completion of 54 CompUSA locations including the Apple "store within a store." The look and feel of the stores is similar around the country, incorporating the "Think Different" campaign in all merchandising. The Apple stores will have the same assortment of products, including Power Macintosh 6500, G3 and 8600 computers and selected PowerBook and eMate computers, in addition to printers. All will carry a full assortment of software and peripheral devices. A message posted on the Apple website says "CompUSA stores without the Apple Store-in-a-Store will continue with a limited hardware and software assortment until they are converted in early spring." The complete list of fully converted stores is available from apple.com. " I would give you my football picks, but being from Chicago, football is an embarassing subject these days.... Cheers, R/
