The way those patents have been so thoroughly researched and drawn with so many claims(45) , it is going to be very difficult for Micron or anyone else to defeat RAMBUS in court. Just speaking from my experience with patent disputes. If RAMBUS is able to get a TRO against Hitachi the game will be over soon. It looks like they have a good chance of being able to do that. JMO
