Ruberto, According to Allen Burditt(late '96), a '96 earning report should be filed on the first quarter of '97. And a NASDAQ listing, sometime on the second-half of '97. Going back on the posts, someone had already called the office to talk to Allen but he wasn't there. I will imagine that he is either on vacation or, more likely, looking to finance the deal. The bankers should know a great deal more then us about Oilex. If the loan is approved it will be a good sign that Oilex is headed in the right direction(able to repay the loan). The thing that I'm afraid is that they are too close to 50M shares and will have to raise the authorized shares.
Is the deal good for us? Since their is a new major shareholder(Geronimo Holding) in the picture, the pressure will increase to not raise the authorized shares, press on good earnings, and a speedy NASDAQ listing. This is what I was looking for SOME REAL PRESSURE to achieve their goals ON TIME! So, let's go to Madison Square Garden and celebrate. Maybe this will bring some more of investor's attention to Oilex. Have a great evening, Marty |
