Did Gore help? Certainly, but he was not instrumental. I've worked in the computer industry long enough to remember that a 'program deck' was an actual set of punch cards. So, I'm familiar with the development of the internet, and the technologies that enabled it. Get some backbone? Is that code for 'the radical right has lied to us for years - now it's our turn'? I refuse to replace the old boss with the new boss. If the change in leadership is not accompanied by a change in ethics and policy, I want no part. Being truthful and not distorting reality is KEY to successfully putting the Bush mistakes behind us. Get some damn truth.
