Bravo, Jim! Gotta say it. I may be feeling lousy that the stock I spent $31 5/8 to buy four years ago is not doing well, but I must say that your spirit and com- mitment to doing the right things are praiseworthy and uplifting. Thanks. It's good to know that Novell still has people who are talented and have common sense. I still have my differences with your managers and board (and your sleepy PR department!), but it's easy to find common ground with someone as forthright and candid as you! Keep up the good work!
