The company has a patented microchip (microOS) that is not only compatible with all of the current downloading formats, but is the only one able to securely (anti-piracy) download that music from major music companies such as EMI, BMG, Universal and Sony. Whoa! Not too much misleading stuff there .... well, so the guy isn't exactly a techie .... but really, someone should explain to him that MicroOS isn't a MICROCHIP -- it's SOFTWARE - an OPERATING SYSTEM FOR FLASH MEMORY. And while I'm at it -- someone else in another post said that EDIG MicroOS "had no competition". Not true. There are a number of operating systems for flash memory (how else would all of the flash cards in use now work if there weren't?). EDIG allegedly has a BETTER operating system for FM -- more efficient, faster, etc. Okay -- now party on!! Betty
