Rachel, the Divicom merger will allow CUBE to charge 6.55 mil per
quarter (131 mil, over 5 years) according to my accountant buddy.

Look at it this way, if we apply 44% tax rate (33% Fed, 11% CA)
to 25.7 mil we get 11.3 mil in taxes CUBE would have had to
pay had there been no merger.

If we back out 6.55 mil from 25.7 mil we get 19 mil. 44% on 19 mil is
8.42 mil in taxes which is what CUBE reported as paid (well, close
enough...).

My accountant friend is a lurker on this board so I'm sure he'll
correct me if I had misunderstood him. ;-)
