Washington Governor's Race, Pt. VIII The press appears to be pushing for Gregoire to call it quits. Note the Seattle Times article above and the Ken Schram commentary I posted last night. We can only hope. A further count will be more inaccurate - the more the ballots are handled, the more they degrade. IMO, a Democratic win based on a new, hand count will not be legitimate.
