Now you bring up an interesting point... I've heard the rumours, but not seen any democrats present that information into evidence.

I certainly didn't see Boies offer that into discovery to either the FLSC, or USSC.

And we KNOW the democrats would have not overlooked the opportunity to present such evidence...

So I ask you... can you show me discernable evidence that is the truth and not mere rumour mongering...

After all, what could the instructions have actually been? Something like:

"When you see an arrow pointing next to the candidate of your choice, please drop to the arrow beneath it and punch out the chad"

Remember TE, a number of teachers across the nation tested 7-9 year olds on similar ballots, most of whom HAD NO DIFFICULTY in following directions and properly voting.
