Actually, we don't know where it was shot. Given PP does a third of US abortions it could well have been at PP shot by someone else on another day.

Fiorina did not make ANYTHING up. I watched the video today and while it does indicate in print at the bottom that it wasn't Pp footage, it clearly coincided perfectly with what the tech said happened. The female tech was clearly emotionally traumatized as would be any normal person.

I wasn't sure based on news accounts but after watching the video it is clear fiorinas account was substantially accurate.
